Q: Ok i have build my first report with Power BI desktop. now what? well to share this report with others, you will need to publish this report to an online server (tip: you will be able to choose who is allow to view and interact with this report). The first step is to go to powerbi.com
tip: By default you will have a "my folder" that you can publish reports to. This has limited features but at least it will get you started.

Q: How do I see what folders are on the "Power BI Service"?
A: when you go to publish any report it will show you a list of folders on the server?

Q: how do I know which folders I can publish to?
A: I think that you will have to ask your Power BI administrator

Q: how do I know who my power BI Administrator is?
A:

Q: how do I know who the admin is over a workspace on the Power BI server?
A : click on the workspace, and then in the upper right handcorner click on "Workspace settings". Under "general" find "workspace contacts" this is the admins for this workspace.

Q: how do I see who the owner of a specific power BI report?
A: In the upper left hand corner you will see the report name. if you left click on it a pulldown window will appear that will show you who the "contact" (I believe that this is the report owner) is for this report.
