Overview: This webpage has been created to provide a dictionary for Power BI. i would like to break this content into several different views. a dictionary is nice because its A-Z so that you can quickly find a topic that you are interested in. For example if i want to read up on "Power Query" its real easy to find.
i would also like to organize this content into chapters like a book. for example its probably a good idea to talk about a text file, rows columns, and excel file before i start talking about databases. i also want to give users a lot of study materal. i think that some sites ask like 3 questions at the end of the chapter. for some poeple thats fine it quickly lets them know that they know the content. me i'd want the option to take 10 different quizes. if i get a 90% of above on all 10 test i'll feel alot more confident in my understanding of the content.
i would also like to have this content in video format so people can use both at the same time. a lot of the learning tools i have seen have one or the other.
I would also like to have a quick and a detail version of these help files. some people want the answer in 15 seconds if your allready a seasoned power BI developer but just need a quick overview of a specfic topic. some people want to hear the reason and logic behind what we are doing especially if you are learning this for the first time.
